Why does the camera preview say "Compatibility Mode"?
Apple's multi-camera recording requires A12 Bionic or newer processors. On older iOS devices (or the iOS Simulator), BiCamera automatically enters Compatibility Mode, rendering a single-camera composite feed. This ensures the app is stable on all devices.
Where are my recorded videos and photos saved?
They are saved directly to your native Apple Photo Library. You can view them either inside BiCamera's internal Gallery or through Apple's native "Photos" app.
How does the free trial recording work?
BiCamera offers 3 free video recordings to let you experience the front and back lens fusion. Once the limit is reached, you can purchase the BiCamera Pro Unlock (a one-time purchase with no subscription) for unlimited recording.
I bought BiCamera Pro on another iPhone. Do I need to buy it again?
No! You can restore your purchases for free. Simply open the Pro Paywall inside BiCamera and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the screen. Make sure you are logged into the same Apple ID.
